You will be required to enter a valid contact number while doing inquiry with elitesofa.in By registering your phone number with elitesofa.in and must of the items are made after the order confirmation, and there for we offer customization on product based on customer requirement and customization possibility.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN KERALA ONLY

Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on elitesofa.in are solely for use in Kerala, India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than Kerala, India, do so on their own initiative and elitesofa.in is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than Kerala, India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.

COMMUNICATION

By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data, or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Product displayed on the website are Photo taken by high resolution camera or may be graphic design, there for slight variation in color and shape may accrue. To increase the accuracy and originality of product images displayed on elitesofa.in the website, we are adding original product photos rather than graphic design. But still some of the product displayed in our website are graphic design.

PAYMENT
  • All payments need to be made by bank transfer or by cash, Customized order need to be paid minimum 30% advance or full payment while placing an order
  • Payments to any other payment link are not the responsibility of eitesofa.in and it will not be considered as a valid order.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER

Elite Sofa & Furniture’s Kerala, India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Elite Sofa & Furniture’s is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Elite Sofa & Furniture’s Retail policy, or for any other reason. Customers needs to pay the manufacturing cost in case of cancelation of customized order once after manufacturing started.

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

  • Products prearranged for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon confirmation of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods.
  • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
  • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.
  • Items that are in transit thru states requiring special entry permits or other taxes such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING

On event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email or any other means of contact by ELITE SOFA & FURNITURES team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email or contact you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is on road Courier. You may expect to receive your order within 24 hours from the date of shipment.
IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME

If your order doesn’t arrive within the delivery timeframe, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email or any other means of contacts for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Elite Sofa & Furnitures reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

Check the final product and do not take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement. Depends on the delivery location and Product Manufacturing time (Normally within 12 working days).

No all the prices include of sales tax

How can I check if you deliver to my area?
Currently we deliver all Kerala, Delivery available outside Kerala based on confirmation from our team, if only communicated in advance.

Will the home delivery and Installation happen or taken place on the same day?
Installation can take 1 hrs to 48 hours based on the delivered location.

What payment methods you will accept?
You can use any one of the following payment methods: Cash/bank/cheque

Can the furniture be customized?
Yes, 100% customization available, but once after the order confirmation, customization is not available if manufacturing of the product is started.

Which type of wood is used in sofa frames?
We are using several woods like Teak wood, Acacia wood, beech wood, Sliver wood, Pine wood and Plywood for sofas

Will the color and look remain same as in web page?
All the pictures in the websites are taken using high resolution cameras, so based on your home interior and lights color may change
